Our courses are open to learners aged 16 and above. Learners under 18 must enroll with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using this platform, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and belong to you.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sakshamnaari.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
Course Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Batch timings, trainer assignment, and center availability are subject to change, and we will notify you in advance of any material change to your enrolled course.
- Live class schedules may shift due to trainer availability
- Recorded course access is valid for the duration stated on the course page
- Certificates are issued only after minimum attendance and assessment criteria are met
Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your login with others, redistribute course material without permission, or use the platform in any way that disrupts other learners or centers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, study material, logos and the Saksham Naari name are the intellectual property of Saksham Naari and its licensors. Course access is for personal learning use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Payments & Pricing
Course fees are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing for future enrollments; fees already paid are not affected by later price changes.
Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable steps to ensure course quality and platform uptime, Saksham Naari is not liable for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, third-party payment gateway issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses or applicable law. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
