Refund & Cancellation Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the applicable cancellation window (see below) and have not accessed more than one class or module of the course.

• Live classes: full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of enrollment, before the second class
• Recorded courses: full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been viewed
• Center-based courses: full refund within 3 days of the first session

Because recorded course access is granted instantly, refunds are only available if the course content has not been substantially consumed, in line with the eligibility window above.

If you need to switch training centers due to relocation, we will transfer your enrollment at no extra cost rather than process a refund, subject to seat availability at the new center.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay, PhonePe, or the card/UPI used at checkout) within 7–10 business days. Refunds for Cash on Delivery / offline payments are processed via bank transfer.

Certification fees, printed study material already dispatched, and courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed are not eligible for a refund.
